CM Dr. Mohan Yadav to Visit Spain from July 16–19, Focus on Investment in Tourism, Sports and Film Sectors

Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Dr. Mohan Yadav, will be on an official visit to Spain from July 16 to 19, 2025, with the aim to attract foreign investment and forge global partnerships in tourism, sports, film production, and other industrial sectors. The visit follows the successful Dubai leg of his international tour and underscores Madhya Pradesh’s growing global footprint in trade and development.
Dr. Yadav will arrive in Madrid, the capital of Spain, on the night of July 16, after departing from Dubai. The tour is being seen as a strategic push to position Madhya Pradesh as an ideal investment destination in Europe.
📌 Key Highlights of CM Dr. Yadav’s Spain Visit:
Day 1: July 16 – Business Forum & Strategic Meetings
- The day will begin with a courtesy meeting with Shri Dinesh K. Patnaik, India’s Ambassador to Spain.
- Dr. Yadav will then attend the ‘Invest in Madhya Pradesh’ Business Forum in Madrid as the chief guest.
- The forum will open with a welcome address by Shri Ilayaraja T, Secretary to Government and to the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh.
- Shri Juan Ignacio Entrecanales, President of the Spain-India Council Foundation, and Shri Rohan Grover, CEO of Nature Biofoods, will also address the forum.
- Senior MP government officials will present investment prospects in tourism, infrastructure, IT, and industrial policy.

CM Dr. Yadav will hold direct interactions with Spanish industrialists, business leaders, and investors to explore collaborations and share investment-friendly policies of Madhya Pradesh.

A special presentation will be delivered by Mr. Jorge Betancourt from Populous, a world-renowned sports infrastructure design and consulting firm.
The focus will be on developing state-of-the-art stadiums and sports complexes in Madhya Pradesh to promote athletics and host international events.

CM Dr. Yadav will meet with the President of the Spain Film Commission to discuss:
